8 week transformation programme
Our 8 week fat loss programme is designed, tried and tested by our 360 Personal trainers and is a combination of our fat loss training system combined with our Nutrition plan.
We have mastered the art of metabolic coaching through a combination of compound strength training moves, functional exercise and high intensity cardio. This basically equates to you creating a huge EPOC (Excess Post Exercise Oxygen Consumption) level where your body continues to recruit higher levels of oxygen to recover, and therefore creates a greater calorie burn post workout.
Correct nutrition is the corner stone of anybody’s fitness goals, especially in relation to weight/fat loss. With all the information on hand regarding nutrition, it can be difficult to know who or what to believe.
We practice what we preach and set you the client an excellent example of what you can achieve by eating correctly. This area of our business is what I feel most passionate about and is potentially a life changing experience; I know it was for me (Lee). This is a REALLY big deal which is why we’ve put together this fat loss programme and why we’re prepared to be on hand 24/7 to help you through it!
